This is a qualitative study in which the author use literature review paradigm approach. The goal of this research to discover quickest technique increase reading skills. Several periodicals and articles about how one's abilities are focus study.The findings reveal that, materials activities should be very interesting for students so that they can easily absorb books, must adapted their level competence. Teachers motivate read these materials, sensitive students' comprehension difficulties, assist changing attitudes towards developing positive better understand various texts
